  Since most liquid release agents are acidic, attention should be paid to the following issues during use:
  1, the use of acid-sensitive pigments will lead to color changes;
  2, when using alkaline fillers, such as calcium carbonate, acid mold release agent will react with it, causing the mixture viscosity, but will not affect the stripping effect;
  3, if the filler is aluminum hydroxide, in addition to acidic release agent will increase the viscosity of the mixture, but also in the curing process of the mixture release water, leading to bubbles, cracks and other issues.
  In general, the internal mold release agent is used in an amount of 1% of the amount of the resin, and the effective addition range is 0.75 to 2% based on the weight of the resin. Should be based on the actual situation of the appropriate adjustments.
  1, thin-walled simple profiles, the amount can be less appropriate, such as 0.8% or less;
  2, thick-walled or complex shape of the profile need to add some.
  3, in the high filler system, should be increased within the release agent release agent, but the release agent is too much, will delay the curing.
  4, in pultrusion production, if the resistance is too large and can not find the reason, you need to increase the amount of mold release agent. Care should be taken in the use of the feeding sequence, when mixing, the inner mold release agent should be added to the resin system and mixed well before adding hardeners, fillers and other resin additives. This will achieve the best release effect.
